About The Studio
Podcasting isn't our sidehustle. It's the whole point.
The Walk The Line Studio was founded by Ryan Walker — and it exists because of two things he knows well: podcasting and recruitment.
Ryan started The Walk The Line Podcast in 2019. Since then he has produced and published more than 100 episodes — and done every part of it himself. Finding guests. Outreach. Scheduling. Research. Recording. Editing. Publishing. Graphics. Promotion. And the hardest part of all: staying consistent.
Alongside podcasting, Ryan has worked professionally within the recruitment industry — a business built on conversations, relationships, specialist knowledge and networks.
Put those two experiences together and the opportunity becomes obvious. A podcast lets a recruitment business do what it already does best — talk to its market — while building authority and producing valuable industry content at the same time.
The Walk The Line Studio was created to give recruitment businesses that capability — without requiring them to build an internal podcast production team to get it.

How We Work
Honesty over hype
We will never promise guaranteed leads, placements or revenue. A podcast builds authority, relationships and brand — we make sure it does that brilliantly.
Consistency beats intensity
Shows fail when they sprint and stop. We build a cadence you can sustain for years, not weeks.
You stay the expert
Your voice, your opinions, your industry. We shape everything around it — never the other way round.
